    The JetNet 3706-RJ, an IP67 industrial PoE switch, is specifically designed for the toughest industrial environments. JetNet 3706-RJ is constructed of a rugged weather tight aluminum case and equipped with six IP67 rated RJ45 Ethernet ports, which provide a waterproof, and dust-tight connection. Four of the six Ethernet ports are PoE capable. JetNet 3706-RJ extends your power deployment to the most inaccessible areas.

Each enclosure is designed with a thick 50mm top face plate, which makes JetNet 3706-RJ able to survive from constant shock and heavy impact. The aluminum case protects JetNet 3706-RJ against corrosion in environments such as, offshore, coal mines, and petrochemical factories. The noncombustible property of the case also ensures that the JetNet 3706-RJ will not emit toxic fumes when exposed to extreme high temperatures. The connector can be assembled with a STP (Shield Twisted Pair) cable to protect data transmission from EMI disturbances.       The JetCon 3401G, industrial Gigabit Ethernet media converter, is equipped with a rugged aluminum alloy case with IP-31 grade ingress protection against damage by solid objects or dust.       Flexible Optical Adopt Ability

      Activate Fault Alarm
      Most of the Gigabit Ethernet Media converters feature the Link Loss Forwarding function (L.L.F.) in order to forward link status changes to alert remote or central management system. However, this is only for the cable events, not suited to industrial network applications. The JetCon 3401G provides an alarm relay to trigger out a real alarm signal for port or power events. The alarm mechanism can be configured by a simple DIP switch and trigger an external alarm equipment to inform maintenance I.T. engineers. It results in the maintenance time saving.

    Korenix Launches New PCI-104 Card JetCard 2105

    The JetCard 2105 is a flexible and high performance five-port Ethernet switch card in PCI-104 format. The PCI-104 bus of JetCard 2105 supports both +3.3V and +5V slot. The easy-to-install drivers that come with JetCard make it easier for you to set up your complex system. And with its 1.5KV Hi-pot isolation protection, and overload current/voltage protection, JetCard 2105 is ideal for industrial applications in severe environments and is your best choice for embedded networking solution. The JetCard 2105 uses Marvell 88E6065 chip to provide 5 Ethernet ports. Each Ethernet port in the JetCard offers IEEE 802.3 10 Base-T and 100 Base-Tx compliant Ethernet data transmission with auto MDI/MDI-X and auto- negotiation.
    Auto MDI/MDI-X: The JetCard automatically determine whether or not it needs to interchange cable sense between pairs so that an external crossover cable is not required. If the JetCard interoperate with a device that cannot automatically correct for crossover, the JetCard makes the necessary adjustment prior to commencing Auto-Negotiation.

    Flow control: The JetCard supports back-pressure and pause frame-based flow control schemes to ensure zero packet loss under temporary traffic congestion.

    QoS (Quality of Service): QoS for networks is an industry-wide set of standards and mechanisms for ensuring high-quality performance for critical applications. JetCard provides the shared
    memory-based QoS switch architecture. Packets are directed into one of four traffic class queues based upon Port, IEEE 802.1p, IPv4’s TOS or Diff-Serv, or IPv6’s Traffic Class.

    VLAN: The JetCard supports IEEE802.1Q tag VLAN and also can be enabled on a per-port basis VLAN.

    Ethernet Statistics monitoring: The JetCard has a set of thirty, 32-bit counters to provide a set of Ethernet statistics for frames received on ingress and transmitted on egress. A register interface allows the JetCard to capture, read, or clear the counter values.

    Customized Configurations: The JetCard supports an add-on EEPROM for programming its internal registers. The EEPROM data will be read in once after JetCard is reset.

  • Monitoring System for Roadside Emergency Phones with JetCon 6350 Smart Ethernet I/O Converter

    The roadside emergency telephone is for use on public highways or private toll roads and can service remote areas where cellular systems are not commercially feasible. These phones are connected by twisted-pair cables to the service center. What the customer wants is to monitor each booth so engineers could immediately know if a booth was in use, in need of service, or being tampered with.

    Emergency Phones are designed to provide quick and reliable hands-free communication over the public switched telephone network. The emergency phones were located at specific intervals along the highway. All booths were connected to an Ethernet network that ran the length of the highway.

    The JetCon 6350 12-Ch DI + 4-CH DO Smart Ethernet I/O Converter was chosen as a small control unit for each site. The JetCon 6350 provided simple local device control for the alarm light, which would be automatically activated when the emergency push button is pressed. A door sensor and tilt sensor were also connected, so the JetCon 6350 could provide instant system notification when the door was opened or the booth was being tampered with. Finally, the JetCon 6350 was connected to a power reset switch for the entire booth, so the booth could be restarted by remote or local command if any equipment required service.
