Isolated 24V Power Booster for Vehicle Surveillance
JetNet 6810G series is designed with the Korenix patented DC 24V to 48V boost technology for vehicle PoE applications where DC 48V power supply is not available, as a result making the deployment of standard PoE IP cameras feasible on railways, buses, and other public transportation systems. Moreover, the DC booster of the switch also supports High-pot isolation, to further protect the device from the lighting and surge and therefore, allowing the switch efficiently power outdoor PD equipments under severe conditions.
High Speed Uplink for Critical Backbone Connectivity
Designed with 8 PoE ports, the JetNet 6810G allows powering high quality PoE-enabled devices with 120W power per unit by IEEE 802.3af standard. To reliably transfer the high quality video stream to the central room, the switches also support 2 gigabit uplink ports, which can form a redundant ring by the patented MSR redundancy technology with 5ms recovery time, and thus, allow for large megapixel video stream transmission without collision.
Solid Design for Severe Applications
The switches are compliant with the EN50155 railway standard and are designed with the best hardware parameters to resist the harshest conditions, such as vibration and shock in railway applications. For users’ specific applications, Korenix offers 2 models – JetNet 6810G-M12 with industrial D-coded M12 and JetNet 6810G-RJ with rugged RJ-45 connectors to provide exceptional solid Ethernet and PoE connections for telecom, outdoor surveillance, factory automation, railways, marine applications etc. The PoE booster switches also provide -40~60°C wide operating temperature range and are designed with no moving parts to withstand applications with high and low temperature variations. To maintain power devices under specific temperatures, the JetNet 6810G series also provide intelligent auto thermal detection.
